3. Website Use

You may browse rejuvennewia.world for lawful personal purposes. You must not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, scrape content at scale without permission, impersonate others, or use the site in ways that disrupt studio operations or infringe intellectual property rights belonging to Rejuvennewia or third parties.

4. Accounts and Bookings

Where digital booking tools are provided, you are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and safeguarding login credentials. Bookings are subject to capacity limits and late cancellation rules communicated at purchase. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions on monthly packages.

5. Studio Conduct

Members and guests must follow coach instructions, respect equipment, wear appropriate attire, and behave respectfully toward staff and other participants. We may suspend access without refund where conduct endangers safety or materially disrupts sessions.

6. Health and Participation

Physical activity involves inherent effort and exertion. You are responsible for disclosing relevant physical limitations so coaches can suggest modifications. Rejuvennewia does not provide medical services; participation is at your own judgment after considering personal readiness for activity.

7. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed in SEK include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We may adjust future pricing for renewals with reasonable notice. Payment is due at purchase unless invoicing is agreed for corporate blocks. Failed payments may suspend package benefits until resolved.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, session frameworks, and training materials are owned by Rejuvennewia or licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to access content for personal information and to participate in purchased sessions. Reproduction, public performance, or commercial exploitation without written consent is prohibited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by Swedish consumer law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated, while nothing herein limits mandatory consumer rights for qualifying purchases.

10. Limitation of Liability

Rejuvennewia is liable for direct damages caused by intent or gross negligence. For other breaches, liability is limited to foreseeable typical damages arising from the specific product purchased, except where limitation is prohibited by law. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or third-party platform outages beyond reasonable control.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control, including extreme weather, utility failures, government restrictions, or supplier outages affecting studio operations. Where sessions are cancelled for such reasons, we will offer rescheduling or credit consistent with the Return Policy.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Consumers resident in Sweden may bring disputes before general courts or use the National Board for Consumer Disputes where applicable. Business customers agree to Stockholm district courts as first instance unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
