This Return Policy explains cancellation, withdrawal, and refund rights for physical activity session products sold by Rejuvennewia through the Daily Movement studio and rejuvennewia.ddd. It supplements our Terms of Use and applies to consumers in Sweden unless otherwise agreed in writing for business contracts.
1. Products Covered
This policy covers Rhythm Flow Monthly memberships, Precision Private Blocks, Nordic Mobility Weekend intensives, trial sessions, and corporate team blocks purchased directly from Rejuvennewia. Third-party resellers, if any, maintain their own policies.
2. Right of Withdrawal for Distance Sales
If you purchase a package online without visiting the studio beforehand, you may have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal under Swedish distance selling rules, starting the day after contract conclusion. To exercise withdrawal, send a clear statement to help@rejuvennewia.world including your name, product, and purchase date. If you used services during the withdrawal period with express prior request, we may deduct a proportionate amount for sessions already delivered.
3. Rhythm Flow Monthly Membership
Monthly memberships renew automatically each calendar month unless cancelled according to instructions provided at purchase. You may cancel future renewals with at least seven days notice before the next billing date. Fees already charged for the current period are non-refundable except where withdrawal rights apply or sessions are cancelled by us for prolonged closure. Unused classes do not convert to cash refunds but may be addressed through goodwill credits at management discretion for documented long-term illness or relocation from Sweden.
4. Precision Private Block
Private blocks include five scheduled sessions. Cancellation of the entire unused block within fourteen days of purchase and before the first session entitles you to a full refund. After the first session, refunds are calculated as purchased price minus delivered sessions at the single-session list rate of 320 SEK each. Rescheduling requires twenty-four hours notice; late cancellations forfeit the session credit without refund.
5. Nordic Mobility Weekend
Weekend intensives are date-specific. Cancellation more than fourteen days before the event start receives a full refund minus a 50 SEK administrative fee. Cancellation between fourteen and seven days receives a fifty percent credit toward a future weekend within six months. Cancellation within seven days or no-show receives no refund, though you may transfer your place to another participant with prior written approval from Rejuvennewia.
6. Trial Session
Introductory trial sessions at 195 SEK are refundable only if cancelled at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled start. When credited toward a monthly package within fourteen days as advertised, the trial fee is applied as a discount rather than refunded separately.
7. Corporate Blocks
Corporate agreements specify refund and reschedule terms in the signed quote. Unless stated otherwise, prepaid blocks are refundable for unused sessions if Rejuvennewia cancels the program; partial use is refunded pro rata for undelivered sessions.
8. Studio-Initiated Cancellations
If we cancel a class or event due to instructor illness, facility issues, or force majeure, you receive rescheduling at no extra cost or a credit equal to the session value. If rescheduling is not possible within thirty days, a monetary refund is issued for the affected portion.
9. How to Request a Refund
Submit requests to help@rejuvennewia.world or in person at Karlbergsvägen 89, 113 35 Stockholm. Include proof of purchase and bank details for transfers. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method where feasible.
10. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating chargebacks so we can resolve issues promptly. Unfounded chargebacks for delivered session products may result in suspension of booking privileges.
11. Consumer Disputes
Consumers may refer disputes to the National Board for Consumer Disputes or EU online dispute resolution platforms where applicable. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer protections under Swedish law.
